Security Advice - Use of Debit and Credit card

In Unibank we are always alert to any risks that could endanger the safety of the Bank and its clients. For this reason, we always remind you to follow these general safety tips to avoid being victims of fraud and / or theft:

• When performing some type of ATM transaction, always check that there is no object that is not part of the ATM (overhead cameras, double keyboard, foreign devices in the slot).
• Never lose sight of your debit or credit card when you pay.
• When typing your password at ATM's or POS, remember to cover the keyboard with your hand to prevent people around you from seeing your password.
• When withdrawing cash from ATM's, always observe that there are no suspicious people around you.
